Return Window

For eligible items, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery. This is our store return window unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

If you are a customer in a jurisdiction with statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights, including the UK or EEA where applicable, nothing in this policy limits those rights.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@astrolabox.com with your order number, the email used to place the order, the item you want to return, and the reason for return.
  2. Wait for our approval and return instructions before sending any item back.
  3. Ship the approved item to the return address we confirm in writing.

Return Address

Please contact us before sending any return. Unless we provide a different return address in writing for your specific order, approved returns should be sent to:

Items sent without prior approval or to the wrong address may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return where permitted by law and where disclosed before purchase:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Sealed hygiene, health, or personal care items once opened.
  • Digital products or downloadable items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@astrolabox.com as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review it.

If the issue is caused by our error, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair, refund, or return shipping assistance, as required by applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to customer preference, change of mind, wrong size, or similar reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.

For returns caused by our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide further assistance and may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns unless a different fee is clearly disclosed before purchase and permitted by law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We aim to process approved refunds within 7 business days after the returned item is received and accepted. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping costs, expedited shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by our error.

Exchanges

If you need an exchange, please contact us. Exchanges depend on product availability and approval.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has shipped or entered fulfillment. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it, but you may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible.
