ASTROLABOX ships to selected countries and regions. Available shipping options, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales periods, stock checks, fraud review, or periods of high order volume.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country or region, the shipping method selected, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
- United States: 7-20 business days.
- United Kingdom: 5-10 business days.
- Other international destinations: 7-25 business days.

Shipment Timing and Delays
If we provide a specific shipping or delivery estimate, we aim to ship your order within that stated timeframe. If no shipping timeframe is stated, we aim to ship within 30 days after receiving your completed order.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and, where required, give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel the order for a refund.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order is shipped. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless they are clearly included at checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, appears lost, or is returned to sender, please contact info@astrolabox.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and assist where possible.
